2- book your flights/train/bus so that you arrive in Vienna on Friday 8 March by 12pm the very latest, otherwise it might be hard to catch the first round.

3- Let us know any specific requirements you might have (via email to viv@debattierklubwien.at). The earlier you notify us the more likely we will be able to help you out.

4- don’t worry about anything else, you won’t be bothered with emails from us till mid February, when we send out more detailed schedules and ask for names and details, but your slot is safe that’s what you can be sure about.

In terms of observers and room allocation the following policy is going to be applied: Rooms are sorted out at reg, however if you have specific preferences we will try to accommodate them. Unfortunately we have to charge you any cost that incurs due to extra rooms and specific room preferences as they are an extra service of the hotel. For observers the rego is 100EUR, they need to be formally registered with Anika (viv@debattierklubwien.at)
